My birthday is in 10 days

wolven7All I really want for my birthday is a well-paying teaching position with a minimum of intra-office political bullshit, where I can talk and teach about cyborgs, occult theory, religious studies, and philosophy, all the time. All the time.
Is that really so much to ask? I mean, really?
I mean, I've co-organized three conferences (International Society for Research on Emotions, 2006; Comics and Popular Arts Academic Conference[CPAAC] at Dragon*Con, 2010 & 2011), presented at three-hopefully-soon-to-be-four (CPAAC 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011), and I'm soon to be published by an international press. And I'm about to turn 29. I'm a fucking goldmine of professional prowess and capability, you know? I'm awesome.
But, in the end, any well-paying teaching position would be a fantastic birthday present.
