Clean, approachable, awesome places, that remind you of home, while having their own uniqueness; don't remember why we were there, but it felt like teaching class.

kostika is going to publish hre own books, and you should buy them, when they happen. (Beastie Boys - [Song for the Man]). One will be a cookbook, the other a book of awesome photography.
