In my understanding such works fall into two categories, "Genius" and "Crap."
Sometimes the distinction is obvious but often it is not. In this case cautious people will often default to the "Genius" judgement because if they're right, they can say they predicted it and if they're wrong most people won't remember anyway.
I however, am not cautious so I'm going with Crap on this one.
Not a judgement call on others, just my 1/50 of a dollar.

Can't say his art is all that compelling but it's not bad.
