Space - [Female of the Species]--- You know, say the soul, as it were, is a shifting polyphase frequency electromagnetic field, holding in it all of the information about every particle within it, and where it's been and what it's done.

The "soul" is not a human thing, if it exists. It's information storage and retreval and operating shell. DOS, if you will.

Human, or whatever the fuck, is just your current OS.

Contrawise, a number of people, including Rodney Brookes of the MIT AI Robotics lab believe that intelligence/sentience is simply the aggregate product of a vast number of interconnected feedback loops governed by the linquistic system (the OS in the case of a robot) that orgainzes the data and that there is no reality beyond physical experience, that a disembodied intelligence simply could not exist, that there is nothing supra or supernatural about us.

You can start with those same premises, and come to my conclusions, about the soul. If it's the cohesisve field that holds you together, then it's not "supernatural."

By the way, semantically (because i'll fight the battle here, if I have to), nothing that existst and has an effect in or on the universe is Super or Supra natural. It is part of nature, nad what we thingk of as nature is merely too limited.
