Yeah, that would all be fucking peachy, if we could just get a clear-cut understanding of how we're handling the money, when, and where it's going. To that end, I have called in some professional consultants.

We'll get this done, if it kills everyone involved, who isn't me.

If you need help from a hotel employee point of view, I'm here. I know how to set up massive bookings and such. About how many people would you be expecting to come, much less stay the night? Also most hotels will do you a deal with the conference room/s as part of the package if you have enough people. Give me a call tonight if you want to talk about this. The sooner you do it the better.

The problem is that the hotel shit is taken care of, while the money for said is Not. Or, least, it doesn't appear to be.
