Dreams and my coffee
Jan. 14th, 2006 10:38 amTom Waits - [Innocent When You Dream (78 Version)]--- The scene is set on a planet with no life, but a single base, and the Avengers and the Fantastic Four and the Justice League are all there, but something has happened. They have all gone mad, and they have started killing each other. There's something tragic about the way Batman went down, and Reed Richards, in a fit of jealous rage, has killed Iron Man. He's chasing Sue Storm, through this palatial base of operations, and she locks herself in a bathroom, with water under the door, and waits. When Reed starts trying to get under the door, she takes a small, high yield electrical device, about the size of a razor blade, and drops it into the watr, electrocuting Reed. She oipens the door to find him dead.
Top Down shot of the surface of the planet, with a thought blurb byThe Watcher, and he's talking about the amount of power he has, and how he convinced the "Blind Idiot [something] God" to become and absentee. In the first panel of a three-panel frame we see a temple, in the shape of a six pointed star, with smoke escapeing the very centre, or top. It's a maze, as well as a temple, and you can see the route, to the centre. In the next panel, it is a single, equilateral hexagonal mound, with smoke still rising, from the centre. In the last panel, it is round; a volcanot. The Watcher's exposition ends, in that panel.
In the Mall, walking towared Kelly and AL, needing to go to Macy's of Hecht's, and having to pass them, with them telling me that going to the department store was stupid. Utterly non-pragmatic. I wake up.
Jarboe - [Torn Kiss (w/ David Torn)]--- Somewhere, in there, there was something about a retarded 20-something year old man, who didn't or couldn't interact with the rest of the world, simply Expected, from it.
In other news, Buy My 'Coffe'! SUCKERRRRRRS!
