Driving sucks, while others are on the road

Polaris - [She Is Staggering]--- I was nearly rear-ended/side-swiped, twice today. Once is bad enough, but twice is just fucking inexcusable.

Took mech_angel to work, took Bob to work. Went to lunch, in the pouring rain, with Dr Nahmias, where we talked a bit about nothing at all, in particular. My progress, my classes this and last semester. That Kind of Shit.

Went and hung out with Jada, for a while, and that was pretty cool. Took her to Vox, and introduced her around, there. (Fiona Apple - [Pale September]). Met some new people, and had people surprised to see me. I'm all prodigal, an' shit. It was nice. After that,we went to Target, and then Barnes and Noble, because she and I had gift cards, respectively.

Then I came home.

I left the house at 11.30, this morning, and got home an Hour ago. If you want to see me, tonight, love you though I may, you're going to need to come here.

I'm out.

YOu have a car!?! I know you had learned how to drive but I hadn't realized that you had a vehicle! reality just shifted once again.

How is Vox by the by? any of the people I remember still running it?

She's out of town, and didn't want to have to pay airport parking fees.

The British Medical Bureau has released papers recommending that people not drive on Friday the 13th, because there's a statistically significant rise in automobile accidents even though there's a significant dip in the number of cars on the road. I'm not sure whether the numbers are similar in America. It's just the first thing that came to mind when you mentioned near-sideswipes.
