Think about what Mel Brooks taught us, in "The Producers" (the original, you fucking Philistines): In Germany, if the movie flops, they get to keep the money!

Make movies no one expects to be good (video game movies), and then no one questions (though everyone with sense is Pissed [and answered with 'why are you pissed? video game movies are Always crap.']) when the movie fails, completely.

his next movie is based on Dungeon Siege and he wants to release it as two seperate movies (more or less like LotR) a few months apart.

Fortunatly, Germany is rewriting and closing the loopholes that he's been exploiting so he'll more or less be directly accountable when his box office takes
