When you come to my house, for a party, or otherwise, I would seriously appreciate it if you didn't do anything that could get us brought up on vandalism charges.
There was a window broken in the house, next door, over the weekend.
The Clash - [Clampdown]--- I don't care if you go in that house, and look around, whatever. Yeah, it's close, and yeah they ripped up what was essentially our shit, without much of a by-your-leave, but the fact remains that, at this point, it's not ours. It's not ours to break, and it damn sure isn't yours.
When the workers, next door, come to my house and ask me questions to which I don't have answers, regarding the actions of people who may have been in my house, it makes me somewhat responsible, do you understand? You should all be familiar with the concept of vouching for someone.
One, if you bring someone into my house, you have vouched for the integrity of that person. You've bassicalaly said to me, "Hey Damien, this person or group of people is pretty cool; they won't fuck your shit up." (Negativeland - [I Am God]). If they then proceed to fuck my shit up, to whom am I going to look? That's right: You. And by that logic, you are then expected to handle the person you brought into my house.
Secondly, if I let you into my house, directly, and you fuck something up, they come to me. Not. Good.
At this last party, a lot of people had a lot of fun, yeah, but there were an ass ton of basic house rule violations. Our shit was broken, some of our rooms were disrespected, and, apparently, the hosue next door was broken.
KMFDM - [Megalomaniac]--- I don't know that any of you did it, the next-door-thing. I don't care. Having it brought to me is enough to piss me right the hell off. Thing is, we have ourselves a classic connundrum in the realm of Plausible Deniablity. I don't want to know the stupid shit you're planning to do. I'm not your lawyer, we don't have a legally or ethically binding priviledge. But if you're planning on doing something stupid that could come around to haunt me, i want you to stop, take a deep breath, and think real hard about this:
DON'T. Do Not Do It. Because I will find you, and I will make your life a Hell that you can hardly imagine.
I learn from my mistakes, and I shouldn't have to fucking suffer for yours.

Feh. I appreciate the thought. We'll all just have to be more attentive, next time.
