A nice day.
Jun. 23rd, 2005 11:14 pmAl and I went to our friend Troy's art gallery showing, tonight, which was not in so much a gallery as a tattoo parlor, and wasn't so much a showing of his Finished work, as it was him doing impromptu pieces, on large sheets of paper and ply wood. It was pretty cool. the smells of spray paint, wood, incense, bidis, cigarettes, and general Summer Twilight in Atlanta, brought back a lot of memories. Good times. A lot of people i knew showed up.
Then Al and I went to the Vortex, because we were freaking starving to death, to hyperbolise the situation. That was delicious.
Class went well, and we still haven't gone a whole day of class, without referencing Quantum and/or String Theory. Heh. I love the professors, at my school.
Now i am home, and I am going to go continue conversations which are important to me.
