Deadsy - [Itsy Bitsy Titsy Girl]--- I was standing on the porch, for a bit, just thinking, generally, and thinking about the nature of school, and work, and life. And i thought to myself: The system could be perfect, if it weren't so corrupt.

The ideal of it, the exchange of goods and services, for information, and other goods and services.. It's a beautiful mechanism. It really, really is. But it's fucked way the hell up.

Flogging Molly - [Within a Mile of Home]--- I snagged well over 40 books, today. They gave me a box, to help me carry things. They love me. That, and the fact that they really didn't want to have to move all of it, themselves. I'm not going to list all the titles, so, for an overview: Ethics, bio-ethics, metaphysics, Religious Studies, Epistemology, and Philosophy of language. Including a book about reality as powered language. I'm quite pleased with my haul. Things are looking pretty good, today.

Cautious optimism. ;)

Tool - [Hush]--- I'm going to go talk to people, and hang out with bakeneko, before she leaves the country.

Tends to be the way of things. People...no, the flaws in people...tend to do a good job of fucking shit up that is pretty elegant and well-constructed, otherwise. If it weren't for greed in some places, people in other places wouldn't be going hungry, for example. The flows get fucked up.
