But it's important to learn how to speak up. Find a way to feel more comfortable sharing your ideas. The next time you have an important discussion ahead of you, you might try writing out the points that you would like to make ahead of time, so that you feel prepared, and don't leave anything out.

Overall, the day was boring. Despite the entertainment and companionship to be found, at your place, i was more bored, yesterday, than i was amused, or intellectually stimulated.
