Nellie McKay - Change The World--- Dreams of working and living in the city that was, at the same time, a house. A large mansion, self-contained, with banks and schools, and jobs, but laid out like the city of Atlanta, on the inside. There was something about Daniel Weidenfeld's house, in DC, but here, and it being connected to a Synagogue, while being during an open house, but more in the school sense, than the "selling a house" sense. Running into many Jewish people, going through his house, while trying to find him and his family. (Nellie McKay - Ding Dong). It was a spring day, and it was temperate, and smelled of blooming cherry clossoms, as i walked between the house, and the Synagogue.

Other sections about people living and working with other people, here, felt like a less terrifying "Brazil," or 1984, i.e., there was no contriol or dehumanizing Force, rather people had simply gotten lazy. Al had lived with [livejournal.com profile] comorbid, and then there was some kind of irreconcilable difference, and [livejournal.com profile] comorbid had moved back to Nashville.

Nellie McKay - The Dog Song--- Six hours of broken sleep, after finishing 1984, starting The Elegant Universe, and writing a fairly in-depth sociology paper. Dreams are Fun.

Going to go see "Seed of Chucky," thonight, for free. Should be amusing. Later, all.
