Sweet mother of holy fucking shit on crutch made of crackers! That movie was highly entertaining. Paul "Solider" Anderson actually did something right. He translated a Survival-Horror genre video game into a movie. Like the game, the plot was very simple: Zombies in City; Complete Objectives, Kill as Many Zombies as Possible, Leave City; Survive. This left room for wonderful action sequences, and kick ass character interaction. Almost Zero character development, though. It's like this was the back-story, and it's working toward something even better, next time.

But the fights, and the action, and the... everything. Milla Jovavich, Aussie Repelling down a building, and kicking more ass than you can shake a really big stick at... And i mean a Really big stick. Fucking Huge.

If there's one thing i love, it's a predatory woman, who can probably kick my ass....

Mmm....

RE2 was the backstory? *Jumps up and down raising flares* That would imply character development in lieu of let's-make-it-up-as-we-go Umbrella Conspiracy(ies). Anyhow, I threw six bucks to watch the flick too. Entertaining, but c'mon man, don't get out of hand in the praise....but I'll admit, twas damn sweet beat downs with the extendable batons...got a soft spot for those things

It was awewsome, in it's context, and out. Think of it like flashbacks: quick snippets of info, and lots of ass kicking. The Umbrella Conspiracies weren't made up as they went along: They were all tests of the same strain of viral weapon.

The movie kicked ass, and had no plot. At least, no more plot than the Game.

Oh, had no problems with the ass kicking...but c'mon, it seemed like Anderson was writing the script as they were shooting it.

It was better than "Solider," and (from what i've heard) better than "Alien Vs Predator." Hell, it was better, in many ways, than the first ResEvil movie. So, personally, i'm willing to give this one to him.

Probably due to the fact that he only wrote RE:2, some other guy directed it.

Yeah, that probably explains it...

As I say quite frequently about Milla "she is so hot I would pay her a thousand dollars just to have her kick my ass"

Yes, Milla is delicious. And the movie was incredibly good too, considering I wasn't sure about it to begin with since making video games into movies sometimes isn't a good thing.
