Rachel's& Matmos - [The Precise Temperature of Darkness]--- I'm taking my classes, this semester. There's math, in which i'm doing a lot better than i thought i would, considering i'm using pencil and paper, and the calulator, on my phone. I'm guardedly pleased about this.
Then there's the Computer science class, where i'm going to have to read the book, if only to know the fucking terms he wants us to use. His vocabulary is slightly off, and he didn't even acknowledge when i told him that DARPA invented the internet, and then told him what the acronym meant. (The Black Heart Procession - [A Light So Dim]). I think he thought i got it from the book. Which i haven't read. I spent the majority of class searching DARPA's site. I think this will be what keeps me sane. That and repeated watchings of "Lain."
My logic class is... just like Logic Lab, only there's interaction, and discussion, and working out of terms and principles. This means that i'll actually learn something, and i'll do well, in this class. It's wonderful. I like it muchly, because Dr Jocobson can make deductive and inductive arguements amusing, and the class is full of malleable, fragile freshmen. Moo hoo ha ha....
Sociology is still an ongoing study of the study sexuality and society. Meaning i'm observing the class, while i read the material, and learn from the lecture. People systems. I like to know everyone, that way my agoraphobia doesn't act up.
I make note of all of thisbecause, this semester, more than any efore it, things have fallen into quick focus, meaning within the first two days. Usually it takes a couple of days, for me to suss out the Type of classes they want to be. (Coil - [Circles Of Mania]). AS it stands, everything is weaving nicely into everything else, and, though i may be bored, i at least know what i'd A) rather be doing and B) be capable of doing, instead. Things that will get the same net results, via different processes. But i do want to stick with these things, because they are bringing my tech and math, into sharper focus.
I saw a butterfly, yesterday, while laying on a concrete bench/tree planter, at school, and listening to "The Ol' Beggars Wish," by Flogging Molly. (A Clockwork Orange - [Singin' in the Rain]). Go find the lyrics, and you'll see why that's funny. Or you won't.
Later.

Anywho, yeah, they need it to graduate, as do i. They simply got it done sooner. But there are a lot of Seniors and Juniors, too. Simply many more freshman, proportionally.
Advantage: Upperclassmen! ^_^
