unless carrying 40lbs every tues/thurs means adding mass to your butt i doubt very much you'll gain any mass that you dont already poscess the ability to demonstrate... shirt-less o' clock has betrayed you.

I am Fairly in shape, at the moment. I am not Muscular. I am obeying my body's new cries for more food, and thus there is exercise. And a higher metabolism. >_<

We'll see how it works out.
