On Removing Your Own Stitches:
Aug. 9th, 2004 12:43 amPop Will Eat Itself - [Ich Bin Ein Auslander]--- Tools you will need: 1 Mirror (Large enough to see whole face, or stitched area, clearly); 1 Pair Nail Clippers, or other Small, Precission Cutting Instrument (Tiny, manoueverable blades are Key); Enough will to do it, and not be squeamish.
David Bowie - [Nathan Adler (2)]--- Procedure: Stare at stitched area, in mirror, noting positioning of stitches, loops, thickness, and flesh. (OhGr - [maJiK]). Take clippers (or other Small, Precission Cutting Instrument), and place the tip of the blades, in One Side of the stitch loops. This ensures that you won't be leaving any piece of the stitches, inside your flesh, to be healed over, or slip into your blood-stream. Cut stitch. Remove stitch, from Formerly-Stitched area. Admire your handy work. Feel good about yourself, and better for simply getting it done.
Have a good night.
