Walks in the Dark

Poe - [Terrified Heart]--- Dreams of walking, around Lenox malll, and the mall in my head, at night, with Dark, and Black Mage. (Switchfoot - [Meant to Live]). There was walking around, inside, too, and meetings with people. The act of walking, and talking, and looking at things, was a conference, of sorts, and it felt like home, family, friends, and commraderie, as well as an air of tension, and hecticness...

Tonight is a party, at my house. It is my birthday party, and a friend of Seth's going away party. He didn't know about my birthday party, and i'm not going to tell someone, who's moving across the country, That they can't have a going away party. Not right now, anyway, because i'm feeling generous. (David Bowie - [I Have Not Been to Oxford]). So, there will be a Few people, here... I need my car, and the ability to weild fire, on a quantum level.

If you don't see how that fits, then go buy a duck, and make sure it knows how to say your name, while it swims. Life guards. What, i don't know, but she certainly does.

Back, tonight, and we'll see if it's a "Rules of Attraction" kind of party, or simply a laid back affair.

of course it will be a rules of attraction party because I cant be there so I'll just insert what I usually would there. It... was actually relatively drama-free... and byu that i mean TWO points of Smallish Drama... Amazingly awesome party.

I want to know what's up, in your understanding of non-physical affairs, at that party.
I got a kiss on the cheek. There is great satisfaction in knowing it woulda been on the lips if I hadn't turned on reflex to accept cheek-kiss. But glad it was just cheek, since I'm leaving town for a WHILE soon and wouldn'a wanted a big kiss without serious background to it...and wouldn't want serious background when I'm not sticking around...and so on.

I enjoyed this party. It worked well. I wish we could clearly pinpoint why.

Absolutely Zero Expectations or worries. We simply threw it togethr, planned, in the sense of inviting people, and Let it Happen, as it would. Facilitation, no expectation.

Yeah, but there was always some will to Direct, and orchestrate, and this time people simply let things happen. The advent of two entirely different groups of people, mde to co-exist did wonders.
