Dreams

Fragments, and sections: walking around a darkened shopping centre area, at night, that was a lot like Silver Sping, and Chevy Chase/Bethesda, heading into DC, and Lenox, here in Atlanta. Searching, with Elizabeth, for CDs, and people; killing time, before a family dinner meeting, of some sort. In the upper righthand corner (because compass directions were meaningless), there was the chopping {"shopping," but that was nice...} centre that aws a boat that was a house. There were four shopping centres, total, in the whole section of the dream.

On the boat, there were more people, and conversations. [livejournal.com profile] comorbid is there, and so are [livejournal.com profile] bakeneko, and [livejournal.com profile] kitsuchan. Periods of people seeing me as a utilitarian structure-- a means by which things get done, and not much more, breaking out of that. Everything was dark. Like gas lamp-lit evening. After I moved away from being a chair, [livejournal.com profile] mech_angel came up, behind me, and gave me a hug.

That's all i remember, except more snippets of the shopping experience, and i felt like there was another lesson, or point, there, if only "No, we're still here, just didn't know if you wanted to talk..." I don't know, though... Very strange...

Off to contemplate things that need doing.

Dreams are funny things. Sometimes they're deep and meaningful and other times they're just a product of a really bad after dinner snack. I've always been told that if you woke up and remembered a dream, its probably significant. When you woke up, how did you feel?

I've been having strange dreams myself. The vivid kind that make you wake up every hour and continutes every night for about a week or so. Is it normal for you to remember your dreams or not usually?

Oh! A little off topic, but...

I'm strolling home after work when low and behold, a car stops and the window rolls down. Its one of my regular customers from work. He tells me to hop in and offers to give me a ride home. On the way, he's telling me about some new band he found out about and wondered if I liked "alternative music". Dresden Dolls was the name of the band. Are they any good?

You remember the music i played, at the Video Playing, Sunday? That was the Dresden Dolls. That's really... Synchronous.

I usually remember my dreams, completely, and sometimes the important parts are the feelings, smells, or colours.

Trying to make my life a little less hectic... Means doing what i know i need to, and having it Not hanging over my head.
