Hoobastank - [Crawling in the Dark]--- If' you've ever read Virtual Light and/or Perdido Street Station, then you know exactly how fucking creepy that is... Bugs building houses out of their adhesive and resin-like spittle... Good times. Thanks to
mendori, for that.
So, a few things of note, for the day: I beat Ninja Gaiden, and that was simpler than it could have been. (Depeche Mode - [Enjoy The Silence (Sasha & Digweed Mix)]). Just a matter of not falling, and jumping a lot. Anyway, that felt good. Then there was the fact that our friend Julie needed to cook some food, before it went bad, so she invited us over, for dinner. That was random and awesome.
I've completely lost track of what i dreamed, last night, and it's bugging the shit out of me. I can't even remember... feelings or essences... Hate that. Should have written it down, before hand.
Bah, that's screwing with my mood, so i'm going to go distract myself, from it.
Back later, probably.
{12.01am: Voltaire - [The Vampire Club]--- Yes. It's Called an EcoSYSTEM For a Reason.

Date: 2004-06-07 09:01 pm (UTC)Given that bringing a giant machine that eats gravel and shits a concrete house out can't be free, I suspect this is a costly proof-of-concept effort that won't go very far.

Keep in mind, yesterday i was seriously considering the technological applications of freeze drying human beings.

Technology that can learn, learns from us. It's like our children. They imitate us, and, therefore, will look for things that have the potetial to destroy them, and strike pre-emptively, if that's the kind of behaviour we display to IT. If, on the other hand, we learn better, and change, then we can get a LOT farther.

Date: 2004-06-07 09:24 pm (UTC)My cat has taught me all i need to know about technology. My laptop is another cat, because its warm and i pay attention to it and i buy it things. Cords are toys, unless Mendori says NO loudly.
