'I guess if I had to summarize it, it would fall along the lines of a strong belief in respect for self and respect for every living thing. A belief that each person is here on this earth for a reason, and that we have an obligation to embrace those reasons, maximize the experience, and to do everything that we can to leave a legacy that clearly espouses the idea of leaving the world a better place than where we found it.' --Dr. Lorraine Wilson

Johnny Cash - [The Man Comes Around]--- Found that, on the {partially} newly redesigned Horizons site, while looking around, and getting myself ready to call over there, and ask things, even though i have no idea what to say (I never do, really; i just talk, saying things as they come to me.), or what to ask...

Hopefully.. i'll figure something out...

I'll be back later, and ill probably talk about dreams, and stuff, then. Dreams of various types.

Later.

I more or less believe in that purpose theory, also. If it's true, is that why some people die young? Because their purpose had been fulfilled and they were no longer necessary?

I long ago realised that, in my experience, there is not One Answer, unless that answer is "Everything," or, conversely, "Nothing."

Sometimes people Die. Sometimes forces are set in motion to remove them, before they fulfill their purposes, whatever they are. Sometimes they're done, and decide to leave. Sometimes those purposes are fulfilled, and they Find And Create New Purposes. Always simple and complex.

I believe there is no such thing as matter, that the Universe is nothing but a series of actions, and that our minds superimpose objects onto those actions to make sense of them.

That's Nice. What's that got to do with the price of tea in Red China?

Answer: Everything. That's the point. You're not going to hear me call you Wrong. If evrything Is, energetic or no, that means Evreything Is.

That also means that everything is made of cheese. A difficult propsition to stand by, but one i do gladly, for the sake of infinity.

Aren't i a dear.

Are we talking cheddar or muenster? I don't want to live in a Universe made of cheddar.

And yes, you're a dear.

Quite possibly an elk, as well.

Well, you could always ignore that part... But you'd be ignoring the totality of Infinity, at that point... And, for me, i'd rather not go that way. Of necessity, however, SOMEbody has to.

But the totality of infinity includes a complete lack of cheddar as one of its variations, no?

Sure Does. Has both and neither, at the same time. The universe is inherently paradoxical, if even theoretical infinity is to be of any use.

Hooray.
