Musical Happenings.
Jun. 2nd, 2004 07:41 pmBought the new Auf der Maur album, today. It's really Really good. Lots of musical guests, from other bands. Awesome stuff.
Other than that, i really got nothing for you, right now. Still trying to figure out the best way to turn fractals into music, and vice versa, and then both at the same time, and then use said as conduits into spirituo-mathematical infinity.

Date: 2004-06-02 07:03 pm (UTC)I would be really interested in such a thing. I'd heard of a program called "Cthuga" that did something involving turning music to graphics, but I was never able to get it to function. I've also played with a program called "FractMus", but didn't manage to get anything interesting out of it fast enough.

I don't want to match music With sight. That's like an oscilliscope, in particle form. Which is a good first step. It's not as hard as it sounds. It's really just getting a handle on the maths. Enjoy.

I'm intrigued by the fact that this guy has released a CD of his work.
