Arch Enemy - [Enemy Within]--- Went to R. Thomas. Freaked out a few people, and had some decent conversations. Was good, over-all. Discussed, from the smells of Teas, the Smells of cities, and, at some point, i uttered the words "'Cause what is New York, but a urine-soaked London?" (LUXT - [Mary Megaladon]). Only in terms of smell, mind you.

I'm awake, in case you're wondering, because i have to call the DMV, when they open in *looks at clock* 11 minutes. So there's that.

Then i pass out, for a while.

Dream Well

i didn't know you'd been to London.

NY smells more metallic. London mostly smells more like stone. NY has a worse pollution smell. London smells more like British heating...which can only be explained if you've had to spend any length of time in a room with one of those uniquely nonfunctional radiators. Radiators that don't radiate. They're really freaking hot, but they don't actually radiate. London smells more like people, where NY smells like chemicals and far greasier food than London's more benign food smells.

definately more urine overall in NY, though.

They Might Be Giants - [New York City]: Simply an absurdity, with only partially true reflection on either city meant. :)

And i haven't. But i've been near someone who had, recently, at the time.

Same as we always do: Being ourselves, discussing things like the mechanics, and bio-ethics of cannibalism, ranting about one of the party's current relationship situation, and how he's generally Shocked at what's happening, right now. Doing all of the above in a voice that Carries. That kind of thing. :)

Well, it did. Not the Staff, mind you, but a lot of the patrons were... uncomfortable.
