wolven7People want things. Strange. Asking various things, of me, in various arenas; art, tech, business, etc... Creeps me out a bit.
You know what i keep seeing that pisses me the fuck off? Very young, single mothers, wandering with their toddlers, not holding their fucking hands! And i don't mean like, around a school, or in a stable building. I mean onthe streets, and in fucking trains stations, near tracks, and escalators. What the FUCK?! You had the child. You Have the child. Take Care of the fucking child. Hold it's hand, and keep it from fucking DYING. You drag its ass away from the damned train tracks, and you Shake it and tell it to stay the fuck away from there, and you hold it, in place, until you All move, Together. Why is that such a seemingly untennable concept?
If i had just seen it, once, it wouldn't be an issue, but i'm seeing it every time i leave the house, every time i see children on marta. Not Every mother is see is of that kind of... Negligence, i guess is the word, even if it's a bit damned strong. Some do take care of their damned kids. But i can't seem to leave the hous4e without seeing an example of bad parenting. And i really want to slap the shit out these parents. I really do.
Got some grades back, today. I got an 80 on my Zen & Shinto exam, which was totally my bad, because i fucked something up, totally. I got a 99 on the World Religions test, and an 83 on my US History test. All things on which i know how to improve. I feel pretty good.
I got to rant, today, and the Evolution of Satanism, and Gnosticism, and it was because of Silly remarks about Satanists. Misconceptions. And no, i'm not some Reform Satanist, that holds that Stanism is all about the access of the Self Power. It's a lot more complicated, than that, in my opinion. But that's not something i feel like going into again. Ask, or research, if you want to know. Anyway, as i was ranting, and tangentialising, this random guy comes up, and starts smoking, and listening in, he chimes in with a few key clarifications. Apparently, while i was ranting, people had been walking past, with interesting looks on their faces. Heh. Well, i got off on the "If God is God, then God is Necessarily Everything, Making It Both Good And Evil," thing, and he starts talking about Atheism being a way to avoid personal and societal responsibility. It was all very engaging. After that, my day just got steadily better, and more Up. Till i saw the bad parenting, i mean.
It was a good day, over all. How's things?
