With a number of different reconstructive surgeries, they use the arm as a "host site". I've seen references to reconstructed ears and toes being "farmed" there. I would imagine it's an easy enough place to access for the surgeons to check on the new organ's progress/health, but still concealable with proper dress.

Yes, but there are a number of other equally viable farming sites, less conspicuous, and, most likely, doing less damage.

I'd also like to note that it's kind of creepy that you read me, here, and didn't say anything about it. Not askign you to stop. Simply saying that i'm a rather paranoid person, from go, so... Yeah.

My question isn't so much why on his arm, but don't you think they could have translated that better? I guess the "guy" is happy that he has a penis again after "The guy was deprived of his genitals when peeing". (still don't understand really how it happened after reading over and over) I'm still not sure what a "bald wire" is. . .hmm. . .
