And more Norseness
Jan. 14th, 2004 11:30 pmI spent most of today, reading, writing, and translating the names of Norse Gods, breaking them down into the meanings of each Rune. The amazing amount of discomfort felt, upon waking, due the the Norse Overload, in the dreams, subsided, a bit, and that was welcome.
I also went to campus, today, and wandered around, somewhat aimlessly. Got the book, from
raoin, for my British Literature class, and i hung out with a bunch of people. I wouldn't have gotten to see them, had i not gone downtown, today, so that was nice. Saw Capiz, and that was interesting. Really enjoyed hanging out with everyone, today. I even got a ride home, for my troubles. :) Was pretty awesome, over all.
Got home, did my Brit-Lit Reading. Arthurian Legends. Sweeeet. Two of which draw heavily from the Greek and the Norse Germanic. *Twitch.* I got to read the poem "Lanval," which i had never read, before. I liked it, qwuite a lot. This is going to be a year. Unless we all die in firey death from above, and it isn't. In which case, *shrug* Love you guys, anyway.
