Marjoram, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme, salt, fresh ground pepper, a dash of hot sauce, for that smokey after taste, and some honey. Hacking off the chunks of the ground beef was a chore, as it was frozen, and i wanted to keep some that way. I ended up getting slivers of plastic, in the ground beef, unfortuantely, because i forgot to take the wrapper off, before chopping. And i really need a chopping block. Buy me one. Do this now.

The pepper and the hot sauce were a little more smokey than i wanted, and caused a bit of a Weird after-taste. Then i made sushi rice, and plated the whole thing, and added some soy sauce.

It was about 1.5 pounds of meat, and a cup of rice. Very, very filling, and pretty tasty.

In conclusion, i can't believe i ate the whole thing.

Hmm. Next time you should try this with pork chops, cut in small pieces. The herbs sound like they'd go well.
