Damien667: there was a Flame War, on the LJ Debate community about someone saying that they believed that they were Otherkin, as a SIDE NOTE to the debate opic they were raising, which was about Belief, in general

Damien667: They were getting flamed with all kinds of Snipy hateful Shite, and i felt that that comic summed things up rather nicely

And that's what i hope to teach my children, if i ever have them, and what i wish, sometimes, that everyone believed. You know where that goes, though: Circularity, and the realisation that everyone needs to believe differently, if we don't want to stagnate. But, like i said, there's different kinds of Debate. Luckily, most of the people i know can engage in [what i see as] the most beneficial kind...
