wolven7Siouxsie & The Banshees - [Dear Prudence]--- I'm in a hotel, and there is a meeting, there. It's the Hyatt, and it's Japanese. The lobby is an ornamental rock and sand garden, with low bridges, and glass structures in which to shelter. I have to crawl through the structures, and under the bridges, to get to the east side of the building, so that i may get to the actual Hallway floors, next to they rooms, and the parts with Tile. There is the sensation of carrying a Katana, and of a fight happening, somewhere near me. I make it to the side, and look up. The walk-ways, and corridors criss-cross and Escher, in seeming randomness. (Snake River Conspiracy - [Strangled]). Jean Grey is there, and we're trying to make it back to the Party, upstairs, which is where the meeting is. Rocky is guarding the door, and Jean lifts herself up, telekinetically, leaving me on the ground floor. I have to take the stairs, climb the elevator shafts, and scale the outsides of the walk-ways, in the central well, to reach the room. Eventually, i make it, and i get inside. Much the same feeling as the Other room, where the commercial was being watched. The hallways are shadowy, rather unguarded. Those of us here for the meeting are the only ones in the entire of this very large hotel. I talk with Rocky, in the hallway, for a bit.
I'm in the mountains, at a camp. Feels like a combination of boyscout camp, and a hill were i've found a lot of four-leafed clovers. (A Perfect Circle - [3 Libras (Massive Attack Remix)]). It feels like fontiering, and exploration. There is a lot of snow, and we're trying to get rescued. I'm walking with someone i can't really see, very well, and there are what look like broken down parts of Large Machinery, off to our leftl; large platforms, tanks, and doorways, attached to the side of one of the smaller [parts of the] mountain[s]. We're walking, next to these, and there is a Lone Wolf, next to us, now. The wolf could be our guide, or he could kill us all. I want him to help us, but i know that i have to show him that I am the Alpha, before he will. So i rush him, and tackle him. The guy with whom i am walking says, very clamly, "Establish dominance, or we're lost." (Mono - [Life In Mono]). I have my hand at the wolf's throat, under his chin, and his paws are digging into my shoulders, trying to pin me down. I'm pushin up, on his throat and jaw, and to my left, when i feel a tug on my arm/shoulder, giving me leverage, the rest of the rest of the way over. I have the wolf pinned, now, and every time he tries to move, i clamp harder around his neck with my right hand, and growl at him. The guy, who i can now see, fully, and who is dressed in combat gear, which is also Regal Dress Armour, done in golds and greens, says "Good. Now Tell him." (Lush - [Ciao!]). I say, "I Know, i'm telling him," amd i'm growling at the pinned wolf who has, for the most part, stopped trying to squirm away. I'm growling at him, telling him that we need him to show us where the Radio Support Tower is, so that we can get this done. He agrees, so ilet him up, and we start walking. two minutes later, we come to this large, seemingly free-standing radio tower.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mech_angel goes over to it, and starts reading the directions for the control pannel, on one of the legs. (Coil - [Ostia (The Death of Pasolini)]). She looks over on one of the other legs and sees an avalanche warning. She looks at us and says "Shit! Avalanches? There's the possibility of Avalanches, now?" And i say, "Yeah, well, you see that valley down there? From where our camp is, we can make it there, no problem, in case of avalanche." and the Guy says, "Besides, that's what we're here, to prevent, isn't it?" And we all look up at the mountain, above us, and the over-hanging rock, ice, and snow, and we get back to work. I wake up
That was my dream, last night. Then i read The William Gibson Screenplay For Alien3, this afternoon... (Yoko Kanno - [Green Bird]). Strange little things that felt similar. I did, however, sleep better and longer, last night, than i have been, recently, so that was a pleasant thing. I really want o see "Kill Bill, " again, and i'm going to buy the damned soundtrack, because i Can.
Brazil - [Main Theme]--- Still trying to convince myself that i'm actually Moving. Trying to be resolute, and stay out of denial, about the whole things. Many things need to be done, by me, soon. Many Many. And i will do them, and i will do them to the best of my potential. Because there really is no excuse not to, unless i'm ok with the consequnces of that, which i don't think i am.
So, off to meditate on those things, for a bit, then, later, to entertain guests. Back later.
