Buying things.

wolven7Emmet Swimming - [Arlington]--- I really should stop buying things, for a while, as i don't have a Job, per se, and i need what little money i Have, for things like, i dunno, Eating? (VNV Nation - [Beloved]). Yeah, eating. Things like that. But i bought and received my random discount on "Transmetropolitan: Filth of the City," which is a collection of Spider's columns, from the word. I love that book. It's so neat. Reminds me why i always liked the thought out, researched op-ed columns, better than either straight journalism, or silly frivolous op-ed work. Always with the balance. Always the middle way.
Yesterday, in addition to "Sandman: Endless Nights," i bought a Hunter Rose Grendel mask, for five bucks. Nothing Special, really, simply a cheap plastic Hollowe'en mask, with slits in the eyes and mouth, for vision and breating. But it is So going on the wall of my new room, when i move in. Maybe some black and white fabrics, behind the mouth and eyes, respectively, and that would work Nicely...
Skinny Puppy - [Morpheus Laughing]--- On a sadder note, the Liquor Store, in little five points, seems to no longer carry Jolt Cola products. Thusly removing another reason for me to go into that section of town. Reasons remaining: Crystal Blue (sometimes), Criminal Records, Savage Pizza, and The Vortex. Those places are noted for their products and, mainly, their Staff. Good times. Anyway. I'm off to shower, and write (Read: "stare at the monitor and keyboard"), and then, later, to go to the movies. Hooray, n stuff. Food would be nice, too... Hmm...
