Tori Amos - [Lust]--- So i had a question answered, over in Neil's WebLog, and i have to say, it makes me all Giddy. Simply being acknowledged by people who people know, people who are famous, yes, people i love to read, or listen to, Does make me feel good. Because they rock, and they mentioned my Name. Not because they Are famous... The same thing happens, when certain people comment on my journal, or reply to my emails, or mention me, in any way shape or form. If i know them, After seeing that they are the sort of Distant Ideal, then yes, there is the giddiness, the adoration, the wanting them to like me, as well, the being worthy of their notice, attention, and respect. (Cake - 03 [Friend Is A Four Letter Word]). The longer i know them, however, the less of an Aloof air they have, or the more personable they become, That Need, that adoration is still there, but transmuted into the Standard Friend Need and Adoration. Does that Make Sense?

Yes, i am/can be a fan boy, and i love seeing people i respect mention my name.
