"I think that speaking in terms of computer technology can be VERY useful, especially to those of a technological bent. In the past, we talked of Reading Auras, and Minds, and Writing, things in them, because, for the longest time, the printing press what the biggest technological leap, out there. We really do always speak in terms of
our tech. But read Neuromancer (William Gibson), and you get an interesing take on the whole idea of "reading" a mind, vs "seeing" it. Patterning it.

"There's the that the entire universe can be compared to a hologram: Energy reflected and refracted off the edges of the universe, creating reality as we know it. I can dig that. SEe the latest issue of Scientific American for more, i guess...

"What i'm saying is that... In this sense, the terms of Diagnosing,
Checking Systems, etc, and working with Energy like Components, can
greatly aid in visualisation, giving a corrolary, to something that we know, otherwise. Something that Allows us Hold Energy, by proxy,
untill we can do it, ourselves. You know?"

Simply food for thought. Analogies and all. ;)

Oh, and i got that laptop.

It works until you start explaining it to someone who's completely comp-illiterate. But, in a conversation like that, the chance is pretty slim...based on my experience with conversations like that.

Heheh Damn Skrait. And for the Comp Illiterate, you can use a Different Analogy. Art, perhaps. Painting works well. :)
