So... a disheartening, thing

wolven7So, I realised something... The Intellectual Elite are {/Can be} just as snobby as any other Elite, and, in actuality, moreso. I wanted to keep my naïvete, about this.. and think that, perhaps.. the snobbery was, as in Some that i know, mostly affected and Ironic... Not a True Thing. Something that was Laughed about, together, with those who would dig past it.... Shared.. Today i saw it, true, unkown, uncoded... Unhooded.. The things i saw in Other snobs, in higschool... The cast off, you don't know shit, so don't talk to me, wow you spoke, and weren't a complete moron, first time for everything...
And i played into it. I pointedly read Gödel, Escher, Bach. . ., at them... Working out the figures, and Formulas. And i randomly intejected tech shite, into their conversations. I felt like crap, for playing into it. And i was Angry at them, for actually expressing it... You hold various oppresed groups-- in this case, the Geeks-- to a higher standard, i guess. Thinking that, because of what they've been through, they would be Better than those who did shite to them, and not hold themselves as Better than those who did shit to them. And Yes, i mean exactly what i said. That sense of entitlement, i guess, irks me. But look at what happened to the Jews. Anyone downcast, tends to Stand Up (when able) and step on those below. And that bugs me...
