The Craft is on... the more i watch this movie, the more i laugh... but for differing and changing reasons.... First it was beacuse i thought it was Crap. Even called it "The Crap." As tyme went on i came to understand some things about Belief and the way majik actually works... then i laughed some more... Then i laughed at everything... Then i just started apreciating every story for what it was: A Story. All Stories are lies, therfore they are all true, in the Realm of Story. There's more to that, but i don't feel like elaborating, right now. i think i'll relate a story instead.

There once was a Spark of will and Potential, Swimming in the ether. It made a choice, like so many other Sparks before it, and decided that it wanted to live. In order to make itself manifest, though, it had to choose some sets of rules to live by, in the manifest world that It, if no one else, would understand. It chose it's Paths, and wandered into Destiny's garden. And the Paths were added to the Book and the Labyrinth, and Destiny saw that all was as it should be, and always had been.

The Spark went to where it was to be Manifest, and by what spirits, and in what form, firstly. It took it's first Existing body, and went into The World-- which is more an idea of a Spere of Existance, than anything-- with it. It lived its lives, as many lives as it took to learn of, about, and through the Ideals It chose, to be Manifest in the first place. It learned about the Paths, backwards and forwards, and sideways and All Arounds. To learn of Those specific Paths, en totalis, It had to learn of Eveything Else. It learned, and grew, and, while it didn't alwayts agree, it strove toi understand, more than anything. Even if the bodies didn't know, understand or Try, too hard.... Then, one day, it was done.

This was the same day that everything else was done. It rejoined the other Unmanifest Sparks, and relished its experiences. Then the Universes and Nothingnesses burned, and it was all over, and done. And the Sparks-- which is only a name i give to these "pieces" of Void that Decide, that you may better know and understand them-- remained as they were, and some thought that There was nothing, not even Void, to know how the Tale Ended...

In the Beginning, there was the Middle, and and boon....

Good Nytes. Good Days. Dream Well

Hehehehehe....

A lot of this rings EXTREMELY familiar, since at about 1:30 this morning I finished watching the end of the Evangelion series. I got home just in time to read this as it was put up, but I didn't read it at the time. I read all the ones up to Plato, catching up. But the creation of life, the importance of Choice, the setting of Boundaries...these are the vast majority of Eva's last two episodes. That and cheap animation quality. ^_^
It is the nature of humans to desire to understand other humans. The connections we make with others, ESPECIALLY with our opposites, are what create and re-create the world. Again, the reason I like gaming events. They can have people completely opposed to each other who still share enough Ideas that it shifts the world around them.
