Here are two:
Beautiful, by Christina Aguilera, and Lose Yourself, by Eminem
Both are nice and both are seriously frustrating because in both of them the artist proves he/she can produce a really good song without his/her usual gimmick (raunch in Christina's case, cussing in Eminem's). Rrgh!

I can't think of any. It's usually non-didactic music in the background of a seduction scene of some kind, if there are, but those aren't really songs. Example: background sax indicating Halle Berry's character in "The Flintstones"
