I like that she used the term skeptical, rather than "Unwilling to believe," or something else with a less beneficial connotation. Skepticism is a term that has newrly come to be synonomous with "Logical" in our society. And, hell, i'm Pragmatic enough to use the slow change and/or decline of the english language, to my advantage... I can show them, later, that i'm saying the same thing i always was, they just listened to me, because of a Label. It'll be more of a mind-fuck, that way, anyway... For them, and me...

Jack Off Jill - [Cinnamon Spider]--- Now, i can see as how some people will say that this is a good idea, and how some will say that it's a Bad idea, for the country... But, the thing is, most of the people in this country like their privacy. Even if they aren't doing anything Illegal, or Wrong, they like to be able to do the things they like to do, without anyone fucking with them. Carrying knives, drugs, small bottles of alcohol... etc.. Some of these things are in no way a threat to "Homeland" security. (Marlene Dietrich - [Falling In Love Again (Auf Deutsch)]). The thing is, {next year is an election year... Is bush seriously thinking that this is going to Help his chances? Also,} unless this is handled Very Delicately, and Very Well, it has a rather high potential for spiralling out of control, into a totalitarian regime.
...Ok, so maybe that was a bit of a leap, but you know what i mean. Slow removal of freedoms... &c. And, as i've said, before, Fascism only looks good to me, when I'm at the helm...
Marlene Dietrich - [Das Ist Berlin]--- Any who, I also came up with my Final Exam question, for whatever class i end up teaching. It's a Bastard, and there's no real way for the students to Prepare for it, except by making an effort to know themselves... Really fucked up question... Thought of it in Metaphysics. We got free pizza, in there, today, because the girl who was giving her presentation is Really Nice. (Elastica - [Connection]). She also gave out prizes for answering Questions that were on the hand outs, to make sure that we were paying attention. She'd make a pretty good teacher.. Heheh...
