wolven7We hit three or four walls of torrential rain so heavy traffic slowed down to about 30mph. People changing lanes at speed, in these conditions, with no turn signals. The ridiculous rush hour traffic outside of Charlotte, NC.
Parts of 85/95 were reduced to single lanes and we didn't get into Philly until 4am.
Did however see many, MANY live deer on the sides of the roads. About 10, in alll. So many deer. On the stretch of I-85/I-95 between Atlanta and Philadelphia. I blame Bryan Fuller, Martha de Laurentiis, and David A Slade. Yes indeed.
Spent all of today watching movies with Kirsten's mom. It's been low-key and nice. Currently watching The Host (2006), which is Far dfferent than expected. May need to watch it again with the subtitles, rather than dubbing. Or I may simply not know enough about the Korean film-making sensibility.
Anyway. That's what's up, so far.
