Tonight's dinner was pan-seared bluefish marinated in soy sauce, thyme, & basil, served with a butter and white wine reduction.
Side of penne pasta with wilted spinach, sautéed red peppers, & bacon, all tossed in a light mixture of olive oil & italian cheeses Tlast night's leftovers).
Spring green salad.
