That's where i am, all right. Here at school... i really don't know why i'm posting, right now, other than it's something to do, with myself. i had luch with a friend of mine today, and we talked about our Spiritual Pathways class. It was a lot of fun, found out that i'm not the only one, in that class, who feels that "Traditional Mysticism" focuses, too much, on the "Happy, Loving" side of things, while leaving the Not-So-Pleasant things off to the wayside.

Explain this to me: You've had a mystical experience. You have felt yourself merge with the all, and it's this indescribable THING, right? You know the value and love of EVERYTHING... So how can you possibly go about trying to spread Anything? There is the theory that the understanding of Everything, from all angles, makes for an inability of movement. You know too much to make a decision, because you realise that all decisions are based out f a certain bias, or another. If you are Truly conected with the All, then, there should be no bias. Every Thing is too important, in and of itself, to be removed or changed, for the good of any other thing. True beneficial change will come from inside the thing, and only with the understanding that, to be trite Evil is Good.

You cannot have light without darkness. ("You'll go blind" - Ness) And even if you Can, then it's terribly unbalanced and, eventually the good becomes unbearable. Work for unattainable goals. "What win I,/ If I gain the thing I seek?/ Who buys a minute's mirth/ To wail a week?" Billy Shakes said that, and i think he was right. When you finally get that "Good Triumphs Over Evil! Devil Wants A Recount!" headline, what do you do next? Without that fight against "evil," what is there to define you as "good?"

Now, some of you are possibly thinking, "Well how do you, Mister Act-From-A-Stable-Base-Of-Self, justify doing Anything, in life? Action or Reaction?" Well the answer is this: My actions are centred around understanding. i don't want people to get along, or be nice, or good. i simply want the to THINK about the things they do to each other. i am in no way deluded into thinking that this will somehow shock them into a realisation, and they'll stop. i'm more of the mind that, if they Think about it, first, at least they'll know that what theyre doing is what they need to be doing, for them. And that's all i really ask, in the universe. "To thine Own Self Be True." Again: Billy Shakes.

Slightly off-topic, but still important: Another of my heroes had this written above her door: "Know Thyself." Anyone who immediately thinks of The Matrix needs to brush up on their Greek Mythos. That sign belongs to The Oracle At Delphi.

See you all later.
