Turing Machine Programming Language
Sep. 17th, 2012 01:43 pmSo this just came across my various email lists:
Which just leads me to ask: Anyone out there speak French and have a deep interest in Turing Machines? Maybe want to do some translation?
Dear colleagues,
TMPL (Turing Machines Programming Language) is a programming language
designed to manipulate Turing machines. Its syntax is very close to
Turing's 1936 article.
It can be used, for instance, to teach concretely what Turing are, just
by letting students use them directly.
The program is free, under license GPL. It can be downloaded, as well as
some examples and a full documentation (which, my apologies, exists only
in French), at http://baptiste.meles.free.fr/?Le-langage-TMPL
