First Morning Back Home
Jul. 7th, 2012 11:49 amBody clock's all screwed up, because, relative to may last week, I woke up at 1.30pm. Granted, by that reckoning, I didn't get to BED until 7am, but still...
I keep having dreams about hanging out with Donald Glover. Last night it was in a call centre that was in the same layout of the Amsterdam Schipol Airport. But I DID watch The Muppets, on the plane, yesterday.
Speaking of, Jason Segel really loves the Muppets. When you know that Walter's a cipher for Jason, it makes exponentially higher the likelihood of tearing up.
Also watched The Hunger Games, on the plane. You know that Game center Technician who makes the tree fall on Katniss? Yeah, I know that actor. Like, he and I have had extensive conversations, about the nature of science-fiction television programming, and what "Good" could be done with it. His name's Steve Coulter, and he used to be a regular at the coffee shop.
I think I might be allergic to Atlanta... All week, I fellt fine, but I get back and last night's my first night of stomach problems and head and throat congestion and blah... Anyway. Gross.
Finally, want to read my paper, from The Machine Question Symposium? Well the proceedings are online: http://events.cs.bham.ac.uk/turing12/proceedings/14.pdf
Talk about a great way to wake up.
