Introduced myself to my new students, and taught critical thinking (forms and uses of language & types of disputes). Came home, put away all the meat we'd bought, this week, and cooked dinner.
Dinner was pan-seared top round steak coated in rosemary, thyme, fresh cracked pepper, salt, & a thin A1 glaze. The side was roasted asparagus & mushrooms, coated in both sliced and powdered garlic, salt, pepper, & rosemary.
Because I am AWESOME.
