Agreed, even more so on the "dudes don't give a fuck" portion. Not only do I not care, but I was entirely unaware that someone might ever expect me to care. If your SO isn't coming to bed with a camera to take some snapshots, you can bet (s)he doesn't care.

(at this point in life, my friends are mature enough that most of them don't have this hang up) but I usually am talking about boobs. "beloved parts" have same appeal. Even less focus on aesthetics because Beloved Parts aren't showing through your clothes so guys don't seem to make personal preferences part of their checklist of "what I like"
So far as I've been able to figure out, guys are happy to HAVE some Beloved Parts to cojoin with. The exact appearance doesn't seem to be something they spend much time thinking about at all.
I do wish porn didn't manage to somehow only ever show Beloved Parts that are shell-pink because I've discovered that most women have deep red, sometimes purple in that dark rainbow down there. When I was a teen I took a mirror and looked at myself and was shocked to discover the darkness in my coloring. I had expected to see a near-pastel shade of pink but what I saw was nearly bloodlike and therefore raw-looking and kind of scary. I actually wondered if I was "abnormal" down there. Subsequent discreet questions and further, more realistic research revealed a host of colors and most of them, like me, bordering on "darkness". Thus was I relieved. But I imagine many girls being too timid to ask around, to find books of "real" women's anatomy to find out the truth.
