Ani DiFranco - [Studying Stones]--- In no order:

I met Adam Savage, yesterday. I thanked him and his crew, and I told him to tell Tori, Kari, and Grant thanks for signing my thesis about magic, even if they were very confused by my asking. I told him to let them know that I defended and graduated, last year. (Hindu Love Gods - [Raspberry Beret (Prince Cover)]). Then I blamed him for the awesome turn out to my presentation not being quite as awesome as it could have been.

My presentation went really well. I'll have video up, online, soon, because [livejournal.com profile] algernon33 was kind enough to tape it for me. I had a little less time than I thought, so I had to rush a section, but I think most of it got through, and people asked really good questions. People who showed up: [livejournal.com profile] mech_angel, [livejournal.com profile] cailement, [livejournal.com profile] raoin, Ryam, [livejournal.com profile] karishi, Jessica, [livejournal.com profile] raidingparty, Sparky, [livejournal.com profile] beard, [livejournal.com profile] algernon33 (of course), and My Father. (The Clash - [Wrong 'Em Boyo]). If I've forgotten anyone, I'm sorry.

[livejournal.com profile] mech_angel and I went to the ARTC production of "The Call Of Cthulhu," which was absolutely phenomenal. If you get a chance to hear their performance of it, take it.

Tori Amos - [Smells Like Teen Spirit (Nirvana Cover)]--- We saw [livejournal.com profile] jenniebreeden and finally met [livejournal.com profile] spooky_chan, which was absolutely great.

µ-Ziq - [The Sonic Fox]--- The recently-renamed Nuts On The Road Gonzo Movie Film Festival was absolutely great. Neil Innes was there, and performed live. If you don't know the name, offhand, think about every piece of actual music, from a Monty Python movie. There you go. He sang "Brave Sir Robyn," live. Met Rox of Spaz House, [livejournal.com profile] scottums, JM Tuffley, and saw [livejournal.com profile] u_madman, and we all talked a bit, which was wonderful. And Widgett kept telling me he had a prize held over, just for me, so it felt weird to clamour for prizes, even if I was doing it for [livejournal.com profile] mech_angel and those too tired to stand up, or make it to the front. My special, just-for-me prize? The Complete Power Puff Girls DVD box set.

The Dead Milkmen - [Bitchin' Camaro]--- This, by the way, is why I made Widge a god.

Oingo Boingo - [Grey Matter]--- Things... Things... Didn't meet Patrick Stewart, yet, but that's pretty much the ONLY thing on my plate, for today, along with random meetings of people I haven't seen yet.

I've seen so many people, this weekend, and I've gotten such a great reception from people I've only ever met online, or not at all. Thank you.

OH! [livejournal.com profile] mech_angel got her business cards. Not Yesterday, but Friday. They are AWESOME.

My dad and stepmother are in town, until Tuesday, so we're going to hang out with them, after work, tomorrow.

Oh, and Dragon*Con people planning on leaving town, Monday, please feel free to come by Chocolaté Coffee on the corner of North Decatur and Clarimont, between 12.30 and 4pm. I always love to see my fellow freaks.

Interpol - [Public Pervert]--- Going to go eat a clementine, and get dressed. Time to see more people.
