This understanding extends to all things:

This reminds me of the whole knowing all the rules/internal structures of a practice before you break them flagrantly thing that tends to be, well, a rule in things like art and music and magic. It's been coming up a lot lately, in little reminders like these.

I'm hoping that it represents a trend, where paying attention, and recognising balance actually pays off.
