I had a dream of Mr Gone as the Angel of either Death or the Apocalypse, and he was leading an army of Iszes & People down a combination of Lavista and Briarcliff Roads. The Northlake Mall was on the wrong side, where the Pulix shopping Centre is. The people were silently marching and the Iszes were dancing. Certain of the Iszes were the size of pro wrestlers; hulking, silently giggling, smiling, dancing things. Upon arriving at a large apartment, each person received a personal death/revelation of Self. Via Shotgun. One woman insisted that Gone strangle her, because that was how she was supposed to die, she just Knew it. He quirked a half smile and shot her twice, in the chest.

Something else, before that, about being an hour early for work, constantly. Realising this, and leaving to go get breakfast, at McDonald's. A bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.

Yep.

Watched, Read, Re-watched, Re-read. Always wonderful, always deeply, psychologically important.

That was one fucked-up and beautiful animation series. Too bad it was so short... but I guess it's like a short story.

The comic is longer, and has much more of that kind of Jungian psychological introspection. Beautiful.
