I don't know how many of you are paying attention to Iran, right now (hopefully most of you), but the first public death of an anti-Ahmedenijad protester at the hands of the "Citizen's Police" has just been covered by the internationally media...

And I really wish CNN wouldn't act like they were First On The Scene. It took them five HOURS to start covering the riots.

yeah, i've been paying attention, as my dad watches the news, i try not to. and it's awful. apparently it was militia, paid by the government, i am sure.

I've been more or less glued to my seat since late Friday night trying to keep up with the news as more and more lines of open (read: non-government censored) communication are cut. The situation over there is bad, and getting even uglier.

The amount and type of coverage that the major news networks are giving to this is not just lacking, it's pitiful.

And now, even that is being Cut Off. Ahmadinejad has ordered ALL foreign media to stop covering the Live Protests against him.

Hasn't ordered them OUT yet, but that's not far...
