Portishead - [Over]--- I've been up since Oh Dark Thirty, this morning (to steal a phrase ^_^), and i haven't had a shower since... Friday? yeah. That works. My point is, it's a damn good thing that my job, today, consists of Not dealing with people, and handing them maps. I'm enjoying the Weather, to be sure-- really liking it, actually-- But i would still like something a little more fulfilling to my ultimate goals than Gatehouse Monkey.

Portishead - [Glory Box]--- Now, mind you, i'm not Knocking gatehouse monkeys. Some of my best friends are gatehouse monkeys. And it's damn good money... I just don't like it. I get bored, easily, and i can't utterly absorb myself in my Work, nor anything else. It requires me to be alert, all the time, in case of phone, or walkie-talkie. And there's too many distractions, if i want to write, or do art... But, then again, it is my job, not my play time... (Portishead - [Sour Times (Nobody Loves Me)]). But gods damn it, i should at least be able to be engrossed by my job, if not at my job... Whine whine whine, right? Yeah... Just want a job i can enjoy..

Portishead - [Roads]--- They played this song at the Chamber, two weeks ago... it made me very happy... Mrhowl.... i'm going to go.. i only have about an hour and five minutes, left on shift, then i'm don't for the week, till Saturday.. Huzzah, and shite... I loves me some Portishead...
