The wheel is spinning energy music, the eyes are watchful but remote, and there are more eyes lurking in the shadowed headdress. I wish I could read the handwriting at the bottom. The spokes on the wheel itself are peculiar; this wheel, although steelbound, would not support a wagon, I think. Its purpose is other.

I haven't been paying attention to this, from the get-go, but here's my first thought on seeing that image:
The wheel looks like a lamprey-like mouth, spiraling backward into a long hungry emptiness. Which, with the less-than-impressed eyes, makes me think it's saying, "Yeah, this is the kind of mouth I have. What?"

eyes trying to look into the future, being unsure of what they see, if anything. Traveling, communicating, both being hit or miss. Never a guarantee you will get anywhere, never certain anyone will understand.

Fortunes are dangerous and varied, but mostly just foriegn or out of the ordinary.
