Creo, Träume.
Jan. 9th, 2009 10:22 amAll of my dreams took place in a loft/warehouse/duplex that was also a school and a set of businesses. It reminded me of 'Spaced.' Inside, there were parties, and gatherings, and conversations, and they were all in the same room. Something about a converrsation with
_jeremiad,in the kitchen/breakfast table area.
mech_angel was working in a Really High-End consignment shop, with Violet Blue. mI say it was high-end because, as I watched,
mech_angel sold apurse and scarf for $900. Something about her commision, on that.
In another part of the apartment/loft/building, havivng a conversation with someone about the nature of education; having heard someone else's conversation, I stopped to listen in, and they asked my thoughts. They had been talking about the guiding principles of Horizons (something that's been on my mind, a lot, lately), and trying to express why I really believe in the potential of the school to change lives and make a difference.
Another section-- same building/configuration of reality-- about some kid, in a school, who had the ability to will things into being, such that everything would always act as if it had been there, but he'd know. He showed a girl, by accident, because she kept making him think about Steve Urkel, from 'Family Matters.' He ended up creating some strange combination of Keenan Thompson, Steve Urkel, and Chuck Berry, whose slot in reality turned it into some kind of ringer-contest, like the plot of a bad sitcom. The girl knew what had happened, and was aghast. She grew up, in the next scene, and they were all in their twenties, and she was trying to hide from the things she knew to be true and real.
She still lived in the lofts.
Strange. Good morning.
